How can there be a crash when housing inventory is very low and demand for housing is high? No body wants to sell because they wanted to keep their low interest rate of 3% pre pandemic. If you can afford to buy now & you’re lucky to find one, don’t wait. Prices will continue to rise for a few more years before it will stabilize. I don’t think there will ever be a crash. Unfortunately, this will be a norm, housing will never be as affordable as it used to.

IMO, I do not like any of them...AND you are looking at another 15-20,000.00 to get the one you like wired for electric. This wipes out any cost savings. My house is 800 sq.ft., 100 years old, and cost me $18,000.00 in 2015. I dont know of anything currently available that is better.

There’s a woman named Codie online who’s ostensibly been encouraging regular people to buy up small businesses (like landscaping, hvac, roofing, etc) because she wants regular people to own this, and she knows Boomers are looking to exit business. The problem is, private equity guys like Blackrock see this too, and they will take advantage, because her model involves 3x-ing the company (ie. the first thing she does is come in and raise prices). If private equity capitalizes on that, soon, not only will Americans not own their own homes, but small business will be impossible too. Also, examine the core reason why small businesses were decimated by Covid - it was less because they couldn’t sell, but more because they couldn’t pay rent, which was raised on them by greedy landlords. At this point, I advise all small businesses to own the land your biz sits on, not just the business - it’s the main way you protect the business itself. Land is everything.

Don’t they have to vote to increase property taxes? Why are they increasing property taxes in the first place? It’s a percentage which means As everything else goes up in price, so do the taxes. It’s built-in.

I have always lived in South Florida. Like Kristina I am heat sensitive but when I went to see snow in 2019 I had an allergic reaction to the cold weather. I had an allergic reaction again during one winter in South Florida. My skin, and teeth, are sensitive to heat and cold.

in any other normal country , the city is in charge of replacing light bulbs in city lights or fix holes in the pavement. its part of the taxes you pay for as a citizen. only US has this HOA

My county tried (and succeeded for 12 years) to outlaw all mobile/manufactured homes until someone finally brought a lawsuit. They also tried to plaster religious quotes in public spaces like schools and athletic fields until recently someone, again, filed a law suit. When buying land, due to it's nature, it's most likely to be in a rural or semi-rural area where they think they can do whatever they want and no one will notice. So be wary.

I just found your channel. I've also been looking at tiny homes to put on our property for my dad when he needs care. I am loving #2, 3 and 5. Hard decision. I have already looked into mobile homes and we have two acres to put one on. We are so lucky we don't have an HOA and the city said we can put another house, mobile home, etc on ours. Isn't it unconstitutional to deny someone access to their land that they own? I feel like landlocked land gatekeeping by the neighboring landowners is illegal.

This wouldn't happen if the homeowner also owned the land under the mobile home. There are places like this and it should be that way in EVERY mobile home park.
